My work is (very nicely :) ) telling people what to eat and I just Iove it! On a more serious note – do you know, what an immense difference good and properly personalised nutrition can make to our overall health and wellbeing, be it body, mind, or soul?
I have all the necessary qualifications (MSc Nutritional Therapy) for assessing a person's diet and lifestyle, and the impact they have on their health and wellbeing in general. I also have the knowledge, skills, and experience to provide highly personalised nutritional support; recommend, create or adapt recipes; help with shopping ideas and, when necessary, suggest appropriate supplements or tests. I am trained in research and, because of this, all my advice is strictly evidence-based.
Besides one-to-one consultations, I enjoy giving talks and presentations to various support and interest groups or meetings. I also love busting various nutrition myths and disentangling the controversies – there are so many! – about nutrition and food.
