In my approach, I use solution-focused and relational therapy, often working in the here and now and choosing to look at other people from a holistic perspective. I believe developing a trusting and caring relationship with yourself is the first step to self-confidence. However, the healing process may require going out of our comfort zone and breaking some unhelpful habits. Not all of that journey we have to do alone.
