These meditation experiences are designed for families to have a relaxing and bonding time together. ❤️ You will have 5 sessions: every Tuesday and Thursday.
The mindful practices that you will be guided through over time will help your children to be more familiar with their emotions and help them to learn to regulate their emotinal states. These skills are critical for ‘emotional intelligence’.
A big advantage of doing a block of 5 sessions is that children become familiar with the activity, the teacher and the group. It allows them to feel more comfortable and enjoy the sessions even more, being supported by each other in their lovely group.
The session will start at 4pm. Please don't be late. I will be in the room 10 minutes earlier to say ‘Hi!' The meditations are taking place online in Zoom and participants will have a choice to be put in a 'break out' room with their friends and have a few minutes catch up before the meditation starts. During the actual meditation all participants will be muted, so that we have no disruption.
When the meditation finishes, if anyone would like to share their experiences (children, first ?), they will be very welcome. If not, that's also ok. We will say goodbyes. The whole experience is very friendly and gentle :)
You will be emailed a Zoom link on the day of your first session and it will give you access to all 5 sessions.
